He and his team set up a program at WestOne Properties Group, in which 10% of their profit from selling homes will go towards helping these vulnerable children receive care and hope for the future. 

Whether providing nutritious meals, healthcare, or educational resources, SAHSAC has already transformed the lives of countless children and strives to be a striving foundation far into the future. The nonprofit is now an integral part of his realty business. Everything Nick and his team do through WestOne Properties Group feeds back into SAHSAC. 

In 2022 alone, Nick and his team at SAHSAC raised over $785k, making it their best year yet and creating a grand total of $3.5 million raised for children in need. Nick is looking forward to continuing to meet these charitable goals in the year to come and making a larger impact on the global community.

Nick Shivers has many different avenues he puts his real estate talents into. He is also the president and founder of MyRocketListing.com, an iBuyer program giving home sellers a simpler, more personalized experience in listing and selling their homes. Additionally, Nick is the host of the radio show The Shivers Report, in which he lends much of his real estate expertise to listeners. He is also a board member of Forward Edge International, a program that inspired him and his wife to form SAHSAC.
